The clotxa is the traditional dish par excellence of the Ribera d'Ebre. In recent years, the championing of the clotxa has led to its presence in private homes as well as in various expressions of popular culture and in many of the restaurants of the Ribera d'Ebre, which, with imagination and professionalism, have introduced new formats that enrich this traditional dish even further.
