Between olive trees and tasting menu at Les Moles

Les Moles is chef Jeroni Castell's restaurant in Ulldecona, in an old quarry. The proposal, for two people, begins with a guided walk through its olive groves, between dry stone margins, to learn about the cultivation, harvesting and production of oil. This is followed by a tasting of Sant Lluc extra virgin olive oil and ends with the Terra Incognita tasting menu.
