More information
Access to the two islands is restricted, and authorisation must be requested from the Natural Park to enter. Platja del Garxal, however, can be visited and explored by bike or on foot.
Several information panels on the area’s fauna and flora have been installed, along with bird hides for watching the birds that live here. Near El Garxal is Muntell Gros, or De Les Verges, a river dune 4 metres high from which you can see Illa de Buda and the lagoon inside it.
