Festa del Mondongo (Mondongo Festival)
In December the popular Festa del Mondongo takes place in Bot, an initiative to revive a tradition celebrated until the 1950s in which the whole family gathered to do the laborious work of the pig slaughter.

It was a very important day because it guaranteed being able to eat meat and cook with fat for a good while. At this festival there is also a fair with products made following the mondongo tradition, a communal lunch and dancing.
