Festa de la Cirera i de les Plantes Aromàtiques (Cherry and Aromatic Plants Festival)
Between the end of May and the beginning of June, depending on the year, Paüls celebrates the Festa de la Cirera, with the aim of showing the exquisite quality that suitable climatic conditions and the hands and know-how of the farmers give the product, some professional, others amateur, but always passionate about farming.

In a festive atmosphere, besides getting to know the different varieties and tasting both the cherries and the derived products (coques, liqueurs, jams...) and others such as oil, almonds, etc., you can attend presentations of books about nature and plants, demonstrations of various crafts, and varied exhibitions (from miniatures to paintings, needlework, wedding dresses, photographs, handmade wooden objects, etc.)
You will also find communal meals, jota dancing and nights of dancing and revelry.
