Olive trees, oil mill and oil tasting in Ginestar

Olis Suñer is a family business from the Ribera d'Ebre that produces oil with the varieties of the region. The visit begins in the olive groves, to learn about the varieties and the two ways of planting they use, continues in the oil mill, with the production process, and ends with a tasting of four single-varietal oils.
