The coast of the Terres de l'Ebre
From coves among pines and rock to great beaches of sand and dunes, discover two very different faces of the Mediterranean
The coast of the Terres de l'Ebre
Coves among pines and clear waters
Start at the port of l'Ametlla de Mar and follow the GR-92 towards l'Ampolla, between cliffs, pine woods and coves such as Cala Pepo, Port Olivet and the Cala de les Ampolles, ideal for a break and for snorkelling.
From swimming to discovery
Continue to l'Ampolla via Cala Llenya and Platja dels Capellans and complete the day with an experience of your choice: discover the world of bees at Mel Múria or live the Tuna Tour among red tuna in open sea.
Dunes, sand and endless horizons
Discover the dunes of Riumar and continue on foot to the Punta del Fangar, the most desert-like landscape in the Delta, until you reach the lighthouse surrounded by sand, wind and sea.
El Trabucador
Stop 2
The most open and wild Mediterranean
End the route between the extensive Eucaliptus beach and the Trabucador, a narrow strip of sand surrounded by water that offers one of the most distinctive views of the Delta coastline.
The entire route on the map
The coast can be discovered at the table too: red tuna from l'Ametlla de Mar, fresh fish and seafood from the seafaring towns, Ebro Delta PDO rice and oysters and mussels raised in the bays.
