More information
Cala Port Olivet is peaceful, with fairly low occupancy, and has waters with moderate swell and somewhat windy spells. Apart from a parking area, properly signposted access and daily cleaning in high season, Cala Port Olivet offers no other services.
It is, though, part of the Mediterranean Path (GR-92), which unfolds along a beautiful coastal path (camí de ronda) that hops from beach to beach and cove to cove. If you walk here you will also see that the Port Olivet area has one of the most interesting groups of Civil War fortifications, currently being restored. Among others, you will find an artillery bunker that runs down to Platja de l’Estany.
If you like water sports, L’Ametlla has a great range of activities.
