The organisation carries out activities ranging from promoting organic rice farming to restoring natural wetland habitats, with applied research to benefit protected species, maintain environmental and scenic quality, and support rural development and ecotourism.
Specific programmes are also run for research, educational outreach with schools, conservation, dissemination and volunteering.
