Amposta has an important Modernista legacy. On Avinguda de la Ràpita you will find most of the city's Modernista buildings: Casa Fàbregues, Casa Morales Talarn, Casa Macià and Casa Palau Fàbregas.

On Carrer Victòria the showy colours and sgraffito of the Modernista Casa del Notari will catch your eye, as if it were a small Arabesque palace, and on Carrer Sant Joan is the Miralles family manor house, a medieval building now renovated.
You will also find the Casa d'Enric Ramon on Avinguda Sant Jaume, opposite the Tourist Office.
