L'Encanyissada
Located in the southern half of the Delta, it is the largest lagoon in the Ebro Delta. It is divided into two parts: the large basin and the small basin (better known as El Clot).

In the north of the large basin there are rushbeds and marshes, where fighting bulls graze.
Its reedbeds hold the largest heron breeding colonies in the Delta, notably little egret, cattle egret, night heron, little bittern, squacco heron and purple heron.
