Festa de l'Oli de la Fatarella (la Fatarella Olive Oil Festival)
From November to February, the olive oil cooperatives of the Terres de l'Ebre welcome the first olive oil of the season with a series of festive celebrations that include communal meals as well as exhibitions and talks, open days and the presentation, tasting and sale of the new oil.

A good example of all these activities are the olive oil fairs held in several towns in these regions (La Fatarella, Godall, Santa Bàrbara, Jesús or Bot), which have become a meeting and leisure point around this golden liquid so representative of Mediterranean cuisine.
The Festa de l'Oli de la Fatarella takes place in the first half of December.
