Diada de l'Ostra del Delta (Delta Oyster Day)
On a Sunday in May, l'Ampolla celebrates its gastronomic day around oyster cooking, an event that is already a benchmark of Ebro Delta cuisine. Throughout the day, the town's fishing port fills with visitors tasting the nearly 2,500 kilograms of oysters served with a glass of cava.

The Diada de l'Ostra kicks off the town's Gastronomic Days, which run until June.
