Cala Maria
Cala Maria, in the municipality of L’Ampolla, in the Baix Ebre comarca, lies in the middle of pine woods and cliffs. Awarded the Virgin Beaches flag, this peaceful, welcoming cove of small pebbles offers the calm needed by those who want a good walk beside the sea.

If you love hiking, Cala Maria is part of L’Ampolla’s cliff route and of the GR-92. Located in the Cap Roig housing estate, Cala Maria is small, about 60 metres long by 15 wide, and is reached on foot. Cala Maria does not have many services, only the essentials: daily cleaning, bins and signposting.
If you like snorkelling, don’t forget your goggles. Here you can discover and admire a wide variety of marine life. Like the other beaches and coves of L’Ampolla, Cala Maria is a gateway to the Ebro Delta.
