Molí de la Creu el Vilar

Molí de la Creu is the name the Porta i Ferré family has given to the mill where they turn the olives picked in their fields into olive oil, producing an exceptional product, the fruit of tradition and love for the land. Inside the mill you can see how times have changed and technique has advanced: the tall columns of the screw press, then the hydraulic press, the olive mats and the millstones. The visit to the Molí de la Creu introduces the particularities of olive growing in the Terres de l'Ebre and the process of making and bottling olive oil, ending with a tasting of the oils made at the mill.
