Benifallet Gastronomic Days

Benifallet's culinary offering is showcased every year thanks to its gastronomic days. Inaugurated in 2005 with farmhouse rice as the star, the village's different restaurants present their specialities built around a typical ingredient of the area's cuisine. Among these, the different ways of preparing rabbit and salt cod have stood out. On the first weekend of November Benifallet's gastronomic month opens with an inaugural event at the casal (community hall), where the succulent dishes that will make up the menus of the local restaurateurs are presented. Once the presentation is over, these are raffled among all those attending.
