Terra Alta PDO Olive Oil

Terra Alta extra virgin olive oil comes mostly from the empeltre variety, with a small share of arbequina, morruda and farga.

It is a clear, transparent oil with a yellowish colour, light to medium in intensity, slightly bitter and pungent, with some astringency and aromatic notes reminiscent of almond and green walnut. At the start of the harvest, around November, it has a fruity taste, which turns sweeter as the season advances.
