The experience
A three-day stay to enjoy a cuisine that combines the best of the producers' centuries-old tradition with the constant innovation of contemporary cooking.
Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival
Dinner at your accommodation or on your own.
Day 02: Discovering the gastronomic delights of the bay
Boat trip around the oyster and mussel beds of the Delta to see how they work, and a visit to a mussel farm to observe the cultivation, breeding and harvesting of these molluscs. Then a tasting of local products in the bay: oysters and mussels accompanied by white wine, followed by lunch with local produce at a restaurant in the Delta.
Day 03: Discovering the world of rice
Visit to the Ecomuseum of the Ebro Delta Natural Park. Then a visit to a rice field and to the only wooden mill in all of Catalonia, the Molí de Rafelet. To finish, a gourmet lunch at a restaurant in the Delta.
