Rice Baldana Gastronomic Day

Camarles devotes a weekend in August to one of the most typical products of our lands: the rice baldana (rice sausage). Participating local establishments offer tastings of different recipes made with this product: baldana with omelette, baldana pizza, baldana lasagne. In addition, since the baldana day was established, Camarles has had a variety of it that is now part of the municipality's gastronomic offering: the blood-free rice baldana.
