The visits to the Molí de Rafelet wooden mill introduce the growing, the production process and the packaging of rice, as well as its storage and ways of cooking it, the Bomba, Marisma and organic rice varieties,... the different typical dishes such as paella, arròs a banda, boiled rice, salads, risottos, desserts...
