Mel Muria Beekeeping Interpretation Centre
"Muria. Beekeeping Interpretation Centre" is an innovative initiative created by SAT Limitada Apícola del Perelló – Mel Muria, with the aim of spreading the culture and tradition of the world of honey and bees.
The Centre, of more than 300 square metres, offers a tour of the world of bees through several spaces where new technologies let visitors explore the world of beekeeping in an interactive and educational way. Audiovisual area, sensory space, various exhibitions, machine room, shop...
Visits are made with the help of individual audioguides with commentary in five languages, and the design of the spaces, the lighting, the shapes and the route is directly related to beekeeping, incorporating sounds and smells, aiming at the feeling of experiencing this fascinating world first-hand.
