The experience
An excursion to enjoy hidden places. We will go to the only place where shellfish can still be gathered and we will take part in this ancient art.
We will let ourselves be seduced by the majesty of the surroundings and by the captivating flamingos. We will observe the constant changes of the Delta, an area in motion.
We will see a wide range of fishing gear still in use: gàngils, rall, bentrols, gamber, and discover the tools that were used for shellfish gathering and are now banned.
We will learn about the farming of our shellfish: mussels and oysters. We will visit the "Bassa del Canal Vell" from a strategic vantage point.
A day to learn about and enjoy our Delta. We look forward to seeing you there!
