The experience
Alcanar is a quiet, welcoming town beside the Ebro Delta. With a surprising natural setting, beaches of high environmental quality, the mouth of the river Sénia and the Montsià mountains, it is a great place to appreciate natural wealth.
Staying at our friend Mario's campsite, close to Alcanar Platja, you will enjoy a getaway accompanied by the best local hosts, who will make you feel at home.
Day 1. You can settle in at your leisure and enjoy the campsite and its beaches right next door.
Day 2. You will start the day with a relaxing and enriching family yoga session led by our host Genoveva. In the afternoon you will have 4 bicycles to explore the town and the Montsià mountains at your own pace.
Day 3. Mario will accompany you from the campsite to his pomegranate orchard, where you will learn about this curious crop, visit the fruit and vegetable packing plant and finish with a pomegranate juice tasting.
