This visit is designed for wine lovers who want to find out more about how we look after the land, how our wines are made, and to discover the secrets each bottle holds.
Get to know our varieties and what makes Herència Altés distinctive as you walk among the almost century-old Garnatxa Blanca vines of our Lo Grau de l'Inquisidor estate, where you will also learn about our environmental project to restore native plant and animal species.
Do you know why Garnatxa is now the region's most emblematic grape variety? Have you heard of estate wines and of Finca Qualificada de Catalunya wines (Qualified Estate wines)? During this visit we will explore these and other questions and discover the winemaking processes at Herència Altés.
In the winery, we will see the winemaking and ageing techniques we use and, finally, we will guide you through a tasting of our four most emblematic wines: La Xalamera, La Serra Blanc, La Serra Negre and Lo Grau de l'Inquisidor.
The visit comes with a gastronomic treat typical of the comarca. We always take intolerances and allergens into account, so do not hesitate to ask us.
