The experience
The clandestine tasting is an outdoor activity where guests don't know where they are going, or what they will drink or eat: complete uncertainty for our subconscious. This element of surprise lends it a certain magic and a thrill of nerves. It is an indescribable feeling because it falls outside your normal logic.
The experience links the culture and tradition of the chosen place, harmonising food and drink from the area, while waiting for the magical sunset the delta gives us in every season of the year. Throughout, guests are accompanied by Llúcia Castaño, a tourism specialist, a guide with an expert knowledge of the Ebro Delta and a professional sommelier. Her recommendations and guidance introduce us to the world of wine so that we can taste and feel the three senses of wine: sight, smell and taste.
