Coquetes d'aiguardent

They are typical of the aiguardent-producing villages, such as Prat de Comte. They are still made today in wood-fired ovens following the traditional recipe of flour, oil, sugar and aiguardent (pomace brandy). They are round and are dusted with sugar after baking.
