Cóc de brossat
Made with brioche dough and topped with pine nuts and mató (a fresh cheese, called "brossat" in the Terres de l'Ebre). At Easter two varieties are made: one with flour, lard, oil and aniseed, and another in which the brossat is bound with egg and covered with another layer of brioche.
