Les principals vies d'accés a les Terres de l'Ebre són:

  • AP-7 — Autopista del Mediterrani: enllaça amb Barcelona, València i la frontera francesa.
  • N-340: paral·lela a l'AP-7.
  • C-12 — Eix de l'Ebre: connecta Tortosa amb Lleida seguint el riu.
  • N-230: cap a Aragó passant per la Terra Alta (Gandesa).
