The experience
The route and guided visit to the Serra de Cardó aims to show what was a desert for the Carmelite monks of Pau de Crist, where they built the convent of Sant Hilàrion. With the dissolution of the convents, it became an oasis, a famous spa with medicinal waters.
Now, abandoned and in ruins, it awaits us so that we can enjoy its nature and its history; it awaits us because it cries out for the consolidation and restoration of a complex that is a source of pride at home.
• Includes: Exterior panoramic views of the Convent and Spa of Cardó - Historical overview and legends of the Convent and Spa - Hermitages route - Hermitage of Santo Domingo.
• Visit time: 3.5 hours.
• Scheduled visit-experience: Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays announced in the tarvitur agenda (check availability, advance booking required) - weekdays when there is a minimum of 5 participants or 'exclusively'
