Cala del Cementiri is one of the two coves in L’Ametlla de Mar where dogs and other pets are allowed. It is a tiny cove, 20 metres long by 15 wide, and entirely pebbly, as if created to complement the other sandy beaches and coves of L’Ametlla de Mar.

Cala del Cementiri is in the north of L’Ametlla de Mar, in a little-developed area very close to the local cemetery, hence its name, and is easy to reach on foot or by car.
To bring your dog, keep it under control at all times so that it does not disturb other beachgoers; pick up its droppings; and make sure it is registered, microchipped and has up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs on the list of potentially dangerous breeds must be kept on a lead and muzzled.
