Greenway
In the Baix Ebre, the route takes in unique places such as the old Benifallet station, now a restaurant and guesthouse. On reaching Tortosa, the route connects with the cycle lane linking the city to l’Aldea, along an old road blended into the river landscape, and offers the chance to discover the monumental heritage of this city tied to the Ebro.
From Tortosa, the Greenway continues south with the new section to la Ràpita, drawing closer to the landscapes of the Ebro Delta and the Mediterranean. On this stretch, Amposta is a key point on the route, as the capital of the Montsià and gateway to the delta, with gentle itineraries that follow the river, such as the path between Amposta and Sant Jaume d’Enveja, running alongside the Ebro. The route planner makes it easy to organise the different stages, adapting them to the time and pace of each trip.
