Cala Xelin
Cala Xelín, in L’Ametlla de Mar, is considered one of the most idyllic beaches in all the Terres de l’Ebre. Why? Probably because it is a small beach surrounded by vegetation, with a floor of pebbles and gravel, and crystal-clear, cool waters.

The cove, which can be reached on foot or by car, lies between the town of L’Ametlla de Mar and the Les Tres Cales housing estate.
Its size, about 100 metres long by 10 wide, makes it an ideal cove if you are looking for a little peace. Cala Xelín has a shower, a foot-rinse and bins, is cleaned daily in summer and usually has moderate occupancy without being overcrowded, which is welcome. Cala Xelín is also a good place to snorkel and admire the rich marine life along its coast! And if you like water sports, the Club Nàutic de l’Ametlla de Mar is only two kilometres away
